Shipping Policy

Pikando is a services marketplace. Pikando does not sell or ship physical goods, and no physical product is dispatched by Pikando after payment.

Services are performed by independent Seekers at the task location and within the scope, timing, and price agreed in the Pikando app. Some service tasks may involve collecting or delivering an item as part of the agreed work, but Pikando does not operate as a shipping carrier or seller of that item.

Task progress, completion, cancellations, and approved refunds are handled under our Terms of Service and Cancellation and Refund Policy.
